What do I need to send a sample?
Send us an inquiry with the sample type, the number of samples and the tests you want. We reply by email with a quote, a reference number and packing instructions. Please do not ship before you have them.
How long does testing take?
Most tests take 3–7 business days from when we receive your samples. Endotoxin takes 2–4, peptide purity and identity 3–5 and supplements 4–7. Sterility takes 14–21 business days. Each service page lists its turnaround.
How do I get my results?
By email. We send the Certificate of Analysis as a PDF with a unique Certificate Number and QR code. We do not have a client portal, login or online tracking.
How do I verify a certificate?
Go to the verification page and enter the Certificate Number, or scan the QR code on the certificate. A valid number confirms the certificate and opens the full PDF. There is no public search.
Why is there no price list?
Every job is different, so we quote each one. All quotes are sent by email after you send an inquiry. Contact us with your sample details for a tailored premium quote.
Are you independent?
Global Pure Laboratory is an independent testing lab. We do not make, source or sell the compounds we test, and we do not endorse any of them.
Can I buy compounds from you?
No. We only test samples that are sent to us. We do not make, source, sell or recommend any compound.
What does research use only mean?
For research use only. Not for human or animal use, or for use as a drug, food, device or cosmetic. Our certificates describe the sample we received. They are not an endorsement and do not say a material is suitable for any use.
Where should I ship my samples?
Your packing instructions give the address. See Locations for both addresses and shipping steps.
Can I search past certificates?
No. Each certificate can only be opened with its own number, so there is no database to browse. If you lost a certificate, email the location that issued it.
