How to ship your samples
- Send an inquiry. Use the sample form or email us your sample details.
- Wait for packing instructions. We reply by email with a quote, a reference number and the address to ship to. Please do not ship before you have them.
- Pack carefully. Use sealed, labelled containers inside protective outer packaging, kept at the temperature in your instructions.
- Label the parcel. Write our reference number on the outside and put a copy inside.
- Customs. Declare the contents correctly as research samples for testing, and include the documents listed in your instructions.
- Tell us when it ships. Email us the carrier and tracking number. We confirm by email when it arrives.
Which location?
Your packing instructions tell you where to send the samples. Testing is done in China. The Brno location takes in European samples and keeps the archive.
We do not offer online tracking. We contact you by email.
