Privacy
What we collect
What you give us through our forms or by email: your name, organization, email address, sample type and number, the tests you want and any notes. Our servers also record technical data such as your IP address, for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention on the forms and the certificate check.
How we use it
- To answer inquiries, prepare quotes and send packing instructions
- To receive, test and report on samples, and to email certificates
- To check certificates and protect that service from abuse
- To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping duties
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising trackers on this website. Form security checks may use a third-party service to tell people from automated traffic, and we use a third-party email service to send mail.
Where data is handled
We work in China and the European Union, so information you send may be handled and stored in either place. Where the law requires safeguards for this, we apply them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask to see, correct, delete or limit the use of your personal data, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected], or to [email protected] for our Brno location. We will reply within a reasonable time, as the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with the inquiry and any work that follows. We keep sample records, test data and certificates for archive and verification purposes.
Terms of service
Services and quotes
We test the samples you send, using the methods named on the certificate. We quote each job by email after your inquiry. A quote covers only the samples and tests it describes. We do not publish a price list. Testing starts once we have your samples and the agreed quote.
Samples
Please do not ship samples before you receive our packing instructions. You are responsible for describing the samples accurately, shipping them lawfully and following carrier and customs rules. We may refuse samples, return them at your cost, or dispose of them if they arrive without instructions, are unsafe, or do not match your inquiry.
Results
Results apply only to the sample as we received and tested it. A certificate reports what was measured by the stated method. It does not say anything about where a material came from or whether it is legal, safe, effective or suitable for any use. Turnaround times are estimates, in business days from when we receive the samples.
Delivery
We email results and certificates to the address you gave in your inquiry. We do not have a client portal, accounts or online tracking.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim about our services is limited to the fees paid for the testing concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Using this website
Do not use automated tools to query, scrape or list certificate information, and do not try to guess Certificate Numbers. We may block access that looks abusive.
Research use only
For research use only. Not for human or animal use, or for use as a drug, food, device or cosmetic. Global Pure Laboratory is an independent testing lab. We do not make, source or sell the compounds we test, and we do not endorse any of them. Nothing on this website is medical, regulatory or legal advice, or an offer to sell or supply any compound. You are responsible for making sure the material you send, and what you intend to do with it, follows the law that applies to you.
Certificate verification
Every Certificate of Analysis has a unique Certificate Number and a QR code. A valid number confirms that Global Pure Laboratory issued the certificate, and shows the test date, a partial sample name, key results and the full PDF. There is no public search or database of certificates. A failed lookup shows a general message. Lookups are rate-limited and logged for security. Verification confirms the certificate record only. It does not apply to any other sample or batch.
Data handling
We keep sample records, test data and certificates in controlled systems. Our Brno location supports archiving. Certificate PDFs can only be opened through the verification service with their Certificate Number, using short-lived links created for each lookup. We handle samples under written receipt and storage procedures, and return or dispose of them as set out in your packing instructions or quote.
